General Scholarship Information

Scholarships are available so that all youth can participate in Little League. Parents are encouraged to first apply for a T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant. This can be done through the link below. This is a national program so that everyone can play Little League and makes payment of registration fees directly to the league on your behalf.
Applications will open soon using the below link.

Scholarships will also be awarded by MALL based upon availability of funds. Please email [email protected]. Please use "Scholarship" as the subject line. Include the following information:
Player Name, school & date of birth
Division of Play (baseball or softball), Majors, Minors, Rookies or Teeball

We also have limited equipment scholarships of gloves, helmets and cleats. To apply for an equipment scholarship please email [email protected]. Put "Equipment Scholaraship" as the subject line. Please include the player's name, school, division of play, date of birth and equipment needs.

T-Mobile Call-up Grant Program

We know this past year has been difficult, and the financial strain of the pandemic has had an effect on all of us. As we look ahead to returning to the field in 2021, we want to make sure you and your kid(s) have the opportunity to write the next chapter in the Little League® story, regardless of your personal or financial situation. Thanks to the generous support of T-Mobile over the last two years, families in our community have the opportunity to apply for the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant, which is focused on helping to cover registration costs of Medford American Little League for the 2021 season!

The T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program is committed to helping families in need by covering registration fees associated with local Little League programs so that every kid has the chance to play. Little League and T-Mobile share the belief that every kid should have the chance to experience Little League.

This program is available to families in need who can present verifications, such as a Free/Reduced Lunch Verification letter, SNAP, WIC, Foster Child Paperwork, or Enrollment in Medicaid or State Health Plans. For more information on how to determine if your family is eligible, as well as information on how to apply, visit LittleLeague.org/CallUpGrant. Prior to filling out the application, we encourage you to reach out to our league to find out more information about registration dates and fees, as well as other opportunities we may be able to provide to help welcome you into our Little League program.

The T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant program is dedicated to helping families pay league registration fees so all kids can play. Over $1.7 million was pledged by T-Mobile to this program by text messages and home runs during the 2020 MLB World Series. T-Mobile rounded the fund up to $2 million.
